Self Love

By Kayleigh Shultis

I like seeing my body exposed and vulnerable

and shaking and stretched, speckled cold,

red-painted toes

They hate me for the love i give

they hate Me for the Love I give

They don’t like when love me because they profit off my hatred off my BLIStering hatRED

Enough about Them though.

I wish I had enough hands to cover and rub and delight every inch of my being

and i’ll accept your help, and His help, Her help

So many hands in speckled colors

So beautiful the rainbow of souls I love

So Beautiful The Rainbow of Souls I LOVE

Bodies BOdies boDies

BodiEs bodieS BodieS.

And I’m not supposed to love myself?
